Every Nordu building is designed on a 1200mm architectural grid.
This isn't just a construction method. It's the framework that ensures every building has the proportions, precision, and scalability of real architecture. From a compact studio to a generous open space, the same logic applies.
03 THE ENVELOPE
The performance layer of every Nordu building.
Walls, roof, and floor work together as a single continuous shell, controlling how heat, air, and moisture move through the structure. The result is a space that stays warm in winter, cool in summer, and comfortable all year round.
04 The Material System
At Nordu, material choice is about performance, longevity, and precision.
Every building uses a carefully considered palette. Vertical timber cladding, slim aluminium glazing, and natural interior finishes -- calm, light-filled spaces that age gracefully.
